The first time you ever saw a cat show, you may well have been confused by all that is going on.  What is the judge looking for in that cat?  Why does that one have so many small ribbons on its cage?  Hey, didn't I just see that cat in another ring?  Do all cats go to every ring?  What determines a cat getting a small ribbon vs. a large fancy one?

In the interest of cat show "neophytes", WildTracks welcomes you to a brief, general overview of a typical CFA cat show, so you can see what goes on at all the judging rings and on the show floor.  We won't go into all the details, but we hope to guide you through the key points in a cat show.
