While examining the cats, judges will usually pick up a toy to get the cat to look in particular directions so they can get a good view of features like muzzles, ears, and head shape.  Playing also helps make the cat feel more comfortable.  Here, Majordomo just refused to give back the frog toy he was offered.  Play time is often very entertaining during judging!
